1. Return Eligibility

The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, we may offer a discount code for a future purchase or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

If the customer selected the incorrect size, compensation will be provided only in the form of a discount code.

6. Uncollected or Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability for delivery or collecting their order from the designated courier point.
If a package is returned to the sender due to failure to collect, incorrect address, or customs rejection, DARCE WEAR is not obligated to issue a refund.
A reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, subject to product availability.
7. Customs Issues
DARCE WEAR is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or fees imposed by the destination country.
If a package is destroyed or returned by customs due to lack of cooperation or required documentation, DARCE WEAR is not required to issue a refund, although alternative solutions may be offered when possible.
